6.1 修复
只有货叉制造厂或具有相当能力的专家才能判定货叉是否可修复后继续使用。但修复工作须只按货叉制造厂的建议进行。
不建议使用焊接方法修复货叉表面的裂纹和磨损。
当需要进行必要的调整修复时，货叉应视情况在修复后进行适当的热处理。
6.2 屈服试验
除叉车定位销和标记的修复或更换外，凡是经过修复的货叉，应按照GB/T 5182 的规定进行屈服试验，经试验合格后方可重新使用。 试验载荷须符合表1的规定。
6.1 Repair
Only the manufacturer of the fork ,or an expert of equal competence, shall decide if a fork may be repaired for continued use, and repairs shall only be carried out in accordance with the recommendations of the fork manufacturer.
It is not recommended that surface cracks or wear be repaired by welding.
When repairs necessitating resetting are required, the fork shall subsequently be subjected to an appropriate heat treatment, as necessary.
6.2 Yield test Loading
Except for the repair or replacement of forklift positioning pins and marks, all repaired forks shall be subjected to a yield test in accordance with the provisions of ISO 2330, and can be reused after passing the test. The test load must meet the requirements of Table 1.
